A whole-home remodel is a sequencing problem as much as a construction one. Structure, permits, inspections, long-lead materials, and half a dozen trades all have to line up in a single order, and one slipped item pushes everything behind it. That coordination is the part we take off your hands.
We handle structural changes and layout reworks, run permits and city coordination in-house, and build custom cabinetry, millwork, and fine carpentry rather than handing the finish work to whoever is available that week. One dedicated project manager stays with the job from the first walkthrough to the final sign-off.

Consultation & estimate
We walk the space, review scope and details, and take the measurements needed to estimate accurately. The written estimate breaks out labor, materials, and timeline, and we talk through alternatives so the plan matches your priorities and your budget.
Approval & scheduling
Once the estimate is reviewed and the plan is set, we formalize the agreement and collect a deposit. Materials are ordered, permits collected, and the timeline confirmed before anyone starts demo.
Build & sign-off
A dedicated project manager and a crew you'll get to know run the job, with regular check-ins and a heads-up on anything that comes up. We finish by walking the project together to confirm every detail meets what you agreed to.
