What’s included.
Hardwood installation and refinishing, tile setting, and engineered floors laid flat and level. We prep the subfloor, plan the transitions, and handle the trim so the floor sits right the day it goes in and still looks right years later.
Most flooring problems are subfloor problems. A floor that cups, squeaks, or telegraphs every seam usually went down over a substrate that wasn't flat, dry, or properly fastened. We check and correct that first, because no amount of good material makes up for a bad base.
Our own crew handles hardwood installation, sanding, and refinishing, tile setting over properly prepped substrate, and engineered hardwood and luxury vinyl plank. Transitions between rooms and materials get planned in advance rather than covered with a strip at the end, and the trim and base go back on cleanly.

Consultation & estimate
We walk the space, review scope and details, and take the measurements needed to estimate accurately. The written estimate breaks out labor, materials, and timeline, and we talk through alternatives so the plan matches your priorities and your budget.
Approval & scheduling
Once the estimate is reviewed and the plan is set, we formalize the agreement and collect a deposit. Materials are ordered, permits collected, and the timeline confirmed before anyone starts demo.
Build & sign-off
A dedicated project manager and a crew you'll get to know run the job, with regular check-ins and a heads-up on anything that comes up. We finish by walking the project together to confirm every detail meets what you agreed to.
