Tile, plumbing, lighting, ventilation, and cabinetry built to last. We catch the small things, slope, waterproofing, niches, trim transitions, that separate a bathroom that lasts from one that doesn't.
A bathroom is the smallest room in the house and the one most likely to go wrong. Everything happens in a few feet: a waterproofing membrane, a mortar bed sloped to the drain, plumbing rough-in, ventilation, and tile that has to land on layout in three directions at once. The finish is what you see. The work behind it decides whether the room is still sound in fifteen years.
We set tile and waterproofing by hand rather than farming it out, so the person building your shower pan is the person accountable for it. Vanities, niches, benches, and trim are built to the space instead of ordered to the nearest stock size, and lighting and ventilation get planned alongside the layout rather than fitted in afterward.

Consultation & estimate
We walk the space, review scope and details, and take the measurements needed to estimate accurately. The written estimate breaks out labor, materials, and timeline, and we talk through alternatives so the plan matches your priorities and your budget.
Approval & scheduling
Once the estimate is reviewed and the plan is set, we formalize the agreement and collect a deposit. Materials are ordered, permits collected, and the timeline confirmed before anyone starts demo.
Build & sign-off
A dedicated project manager and a crew you'll get to know run the job, with regular check-ins and a heads-up on anything that comes up. We finish by walking the project together to confirm every detail meets what you agreed to.
