We protect floors and furniture, prep every surface properly, and work interior or exterior, residential or commercial. Specialty finishes, accent walls, and custom color work are handled by the same crew rather than brought in.

Consultation & estimate
We walk the space, review scope and details, and take the measurements needed to estimate accurately. The written estimate breaks out labor, materials, and timeline, and we talk through alternatives so the plan matches your priorities and your budget.
Approval & scheduling
Once the estimate is reviewed and the plan is set, we formalize the agreement and collect a deposit. Materials are ordered, permits collected, and the timeline confirmed before anyone starts demo.
Build & sign-off
A dedicated project manager and a crew you'll get to know run the job, with regular check-ins and a heads-up on anything that comes up. We finish by walking the project together to confirm every detail meets what you agreed to.
